The city that rarely sleeps got its party on way in advance of the Colts-Saints matchup on Thursday night, when VH1 kicked off the weekend with the one-hour “Super Bowl Fan Jam 2010″ concert featuring Rihanna , Justin Bieber , Young Jeezy and Timbaland .
