Dishwalla is an alternative rock band from America. The group name comes from an Indian term for a cable provider to a neighborhood. Vox In an interview, Rodney claimed the group took its name from an article by Wired Magazine.
In 1996 the single “Counting Blue Cars” from the album Pet Your Friends climbed the charts and is played in much of the airwaves, bringing the group a short series of large-scale success. The track for the Billboard Awards won “Best Rock Song” for 1996, and two ASCAP Awards for “Rock Track of the Year” in 1996 and 1997. 1998 album track, and cree know about life, could not maintain the level of popularity achieved by “Counting Blue Cars.” The responsibility for the situation is universal in 1998 and the dissolution of the purchase of A & M / Polygram, the label that has produced two albums. The group is known for his works of creation and soft-spoken but powerful JR Richards. their unique style and musical talent landed them to numerous film and television companies.
